MobieTrain revolutionises workplace learning with a mobile-first, microlearning platform. We help retailers including Vans, Timberland, Proximus and Delhaize to boost business performance and employee engagement through gamification in an intuitive app. Already working with enterprise retailers and 14.000 users today, we will scale into other industries including food & beverage and financial services in order to achieve the ambitious goal of tripling our amount of clients.

What kind of a profile are you?

  • Are you hands-on and keen to discover the behind-the-scenes of the Start-Up world? Is Sales and Marketing your thing?
  • Have you got an entrepreneurial spirit?
  • Do you have an I-can-do-anything personality?
  • Are you able to work for us 1 or 2 days a week? Yes, weekends also count.
  • And are you also crazy about food (yes that’s a requirement at MobieTrain)?

As our sales and marketing centipede, this is an exciting opportunity to really dig in the way a Start-Up works: dynamic, fast-moving and very agile. Your role is to get things done. This means manage our selling channels via LinkedIn and follow-up communication with interesting leads on the sales side. On the marketing side, you'll help out with keeping our website, newsletters and socials on point.


    • Currently in your Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
    • Enthusiastic about web/technology trends.
    • Self-motivated, collaborative team member with great communication skills.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, driven mindset and passionate about startups.
    • Working fluent in English.
    • Experience with WordPress and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
